Event Details

Amid shifting government positions on spending, permitting, and construction materials tariffs, along with the resulting economic instability, contractors have struggled to find reliable and stable pricing. Such uncertainty has disrupted cost calculations and projections on existing and emerging projects and injected greater risk for all stakeholders. In this webinar, construction lawyers Jim Rohlfing, Matt Bryant, and Michael Metz-Topodas analyze the existing and potential impacts from these changing government policies to explore remedies, like price escalation clauses, available to subcontractors, contractors, and others in the construction industry to address such risks.
