Jeff Hall is the President & CEO of Solidus, a transformative lending solution for the subcontracting industry.  We make retention relief loans.  We use the retention on the balance sheet for the security of the loan.  This allows subcontractor to obtain the cash flow they need, without a personal guarantee.  We also loan money for procurement of materials at little to no cost to the subcontractor. 

Previously Jeff Hall was the VP of Operation for Turner Construction in the Orange County office.  Jeff Hall also owns Paragon Construction Consulting Inc, an innovative construction management/owner's representative company.
