Bachara Construction Law Group

Bachara Construction Law Group was founded in 2007 by Chip Bachara.  Chip is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida and grew up in the construction industry working summers at his father's construction company.   In 1982 he obtained his degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and went to work for one of the nations largest design-build firms.  He then obtained his law degree from Mercer University in 1986 and has practiced exclusively in the area of construction law since that time.  Since becoming a lawyer, Chip has distinguished himself by becoming Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a Construction Law Specialist and by being named to Best Lawyers in America every year since 2011.  On three occaisions, he has been chosen by his peers as Construction Lawyer of the Year for North Florida.  The firm represents subcontracotrs in disputes with contractors, sureties and insurers.  The firm also represents owners, developers, contractors and suppliers.
