We appreciate that running a family business has its unique set of challenges, so if any of the following questions resonate with you, then this Forum is exactly what you need! Do you feel alone? Do you feel ready to take over the business? Do your children have unrealistic expectations regarding their role in the business? Struggling with developing a succession plan? Is there a refusal to start talking and planning for succession? What is the value of my business and how is it determined? The business is tearing the family apart? Participants: Must be an ASA member company in good-standing and the forum is open to owners, senior executive level employees and other family members engaged in the business.
